Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VoxyDent, you agree to be bound by these terms. This agreement applies to all users, including administrators and staff members at dental clinics.

2. Description of Service

VoxyDent provides an AI voice receptionist platform for dental practices, including:

• Automated call answering using conversational AI
• Appointment scheduling through voice
• Call recording with transcription and summaries
• A web dashboard for managing appointments and configuring the assistant

3. Account Registration

You must create an account with accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must immediately report any unauthorized access. Clinic details provided must be kept current.

4. Acceptable Use

The platform is restricted to lawful dental clinic operations. You may not reverse engineer the system, disrupt service, transmit illegal content, or resell access without our written permission.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before the start of your next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion and subject to applicable law.

6. Call Recording and Data Processing

Incoming calls are recorded and transcribed. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding call recording and patient consent. Voice data is processed by third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

VoxyDent owns the platform's software, design, and documentation. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited license to use it for service provision and improvement.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party disruptions. We are not liable for losses related to service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

VoxyDent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement. You may cancel through the dashboard; we may suspend accounts for term violations, non-payment, or legal requirements. You may export your data within 30 days following termination.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Croatian law, with Zagreb courts having jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days' email notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
